Who we are

Nestled along the Chehalis River in southwest Washington, our farm is more than just a place—it’s a passion. At River Valley Wagyu, we’re dedicated to raising 100% Fullblood Wagyu beef that’s as good for you as it is for the land we call home. Our family doesn’t just raise this beef for you; it’s what we proudly serve at our own table. That’s why we’re committed to doing things the right way—using regenerative practices like AMP (Adaptive Multi-Paddock) grazing and keeping our cattle 100% grass-fed and finished. No shortcuts, no mRNA vaccines—just pure, nutrient-dense beef raised with care.

Our focus starts with the land. We rely on lush, healthy pastures to nurture our animals, and after extensive research, we’ve found that regenerative grazing is the key. It’s better for our Wagyu, better for the soil, and better for the rich, buttery beef you’ll taste in every bite. Studies show grass-fed Wagyu boasts higher omega-3 levels than even some fish, all wrapped up in well-marbled flavor that’s bold yet melt-in-your-mouth tender. It’s not the A5 you might see from Japan—those cattle live in tiny spaces with grain-heavy diets, which doesn’t align with our values. Instead, we lean on great genetics and natural practices to deliver something extraordinary without sacrificing nutrition.

We’re here to share this goodness with you, our neighbors and friends. When you choose our beef, you’re getting a product we stand behind wholeheartedly—one that reflects our love for our animals, our land, and the people we serve. We can’t wait to meet you, share a meal’s worth of stories, and bring a little taste of our family to yours!
